DOP Archive

The DOP Archive stores all Declarations of Performance (DoP) generated by your company. Each declaration is the official document by which the manufacturer certifies that a window or door product meets the requirements of the EU Construction Products Regulation (CPR 305/2011). It is a legal requirement for anyone placing windows, doors and other joinery products on the market with CE marking.

How to access

  • Menu: DOP Archive (in the main navigation bar)
  • Address: /dop-archive
  • Who can use it: Administrator and User

Interface

Search filters

Three filter controls are available at the top of the list:

  • Search field — filters declarations by reference code (the list updates in real time as you type).
  • Date from — shows only DoPs generated on or after this date.
  • Date to — shows only DoPs generated on or before this date.

The date filters can be combined: you can set either one or both limits.

Declarations table

The list is organised in a table with the following columns:

ColumnContent
ReferenceUnique DoP code (e.g. DoP-2024-0001). If the declaration has been voided, the voiding date, reason and superseding reference (if provided) are shown beneath the code.
StatusActive (green) or Voided (grey).
DateDate and time the document was generated.
QuoteLink to the quote from which the DoP was issued. Clicking opens the corresponding quote.
LanguageLanguage in which the document was generated (Italian or English).
ActionsDownload PDF and Void buttons (visible only for active DoPs).

Status badges

  • Active — the declaration is valid and can be downloaded and delivered to the customer.
  • Voided — the declaration has been invalidated. It remains in the archive for traceability purposes but must no longer be used.

Operations

Downloading a DoP as PDF

  1. Find the declaration in the list (use the search field or date filters if needed).
  2. In the Actions column click Download PDF.
  3. The file is downloaded automatically with the name DoP_<reference>.pdf.
Download error

If a download error message appears, check your connection and try again. If the problem persists, contact support.

Voiding a DoP

Voiding is an irreversible action that invalidates the declaration. It should be used when, for example, incorrect data was found in the document or the product was changed after issuance.

  1. Find the active declaration you want to void.
  2. Click Void in the Actions column.
  3. A dialog opens with a legal warning.
  4. In the Reason for voiding field enter a clear description (at least 10 characters).
  5. Optionally, in the Superseding reference field enter the code of the new DoP that replaces the voided one.
  6. Click Confirm void.

The DoP is marked as Voided in the list. The reason and voiding date remain visible beneath the reference code.

Caution

Voiding cannot be undone. Make sure the reason is correct and complete before proceeding.

In the Quote column click the link (arrow icon) to open the quote from which the DoP was generated directly.

Notes and limits

  • The archive shows up to 100 declarations per filter session. Use the date filters to narrow the period if you have many DoPs.
  • Voided DoPs are not deleted: they remain in the archive to provide the historical traceability required by regulations.
  • DoPs are generated from quotes. To issue a new DoP go to the Quotes section.
  • Both administrators and regular users can download and void DoPs.
