Settings
The Settings section brings together all your company configuration: company details, visual identity, commercial parameters, and PDF customisation. Changes take effect immediately on all newly generated quotes and orders.
How to access

Interface
The page is structured into four main tabs, accessible from the horizontal navigation bar at the top of the content area.

Save status bar
In the page header, next to the title, a real-time status indicator is displayed:
- "Saved at HH:MM" — last successful save with the exact time.
- "Saving…" — save in progress.
- "Auto-save" — no changes have been made yet in this session.
Compliance banner
If legally required fields are missing (e.g. VAT number, address), an orange banner automatically appears at the top of the page listing the missing fields along with the relevant legal reference. The banner disappears once all required fields have been filled in.
Operations
Navigating between tabs
Click one of the four tab labels. The URL is updated with an anchor (e.g. /settings#branding) that you can bookmark or share.
Editing settings
Edit any field in the active tab. There is no save button to press: the page saves automatically approximately 1.5 seconds after the last change (debounced auto-save). An in-app notification confirms each auto-save.
Manual save
On the Commercial tab, a "Save now" button is available to force an immediate save without waiting for the debounce.
States and messages
- Compliance banner: orange warning listing the legally required fields that are still missing; shows the normative reference (e.g. "art. 35 D.P.R. 633/72") for each item.
- "Auto-saved" notification: informational toast that appears after each successful auto-save.
- Load error: if settings cannot be loaded, a red box appears with the error message and a "Retry" button.
Notes and limits
- Auto-save requires an active connection; if a network error occurs, the save is silently skipped and must be retried manually.
- Saved changes take effect on new quotes immediately; already-generated quotes are not retroactively modified.
- Access to this page is restricted to tenant administrators.
