Branding

The Branding page lets the Administrator customize the company's visual identity and fiscal/contact details: logo, primary color, VAT number, tax code/NIPT, contact email and phone, billing address, and country.

Same page, two access points

The branding data is also accessible from Settings → Branding. Both entries open the same screen and operate on the same data.

How to access

• Menu: user icon at the top right → Branding

• Who can use it: Administrator

Interface

Header

Shows the section title and a short description. If the company data is locked (following a platform-level administrative action) a yellow notice indicates that the fields cannot be edited.

Logo section

Card with a drag-and-drop upload area (or click to browse). Shows a preview of the uploaded logo with buttons to Replace or Remove the image.

Accepted formats: PNG, JPEG, WebP. Maximum size is indicated in the hint.

Primary color section

Card containing:

• Color picker — native browser picker (64 × 40 px colored rectangle).
• Hex field — text input that shows and accepts a #RRGGBB value.

The primary color is applied to visual accents in quotes and generated PDF documents.

Fiscal and contact data section

Two-column grid with the following fields:

Field	Notes
VAT number	Italian P.IVA or foreign equivalent.
Tax code / NIPT	Italian tax code or Albanian NIPT.
Contact email	Company email shown on documents.
Contact phone	Company phone number.
Billing address	Multi-line text area for street, postcode, city.
Country	2-letter ISO country code (e.g. IT, AL). Converted to uppercase automatically.

Save button

At the bottom of the page, right-aligned. Disabled when data is locked or while saving is in progress.

Operations

Upload or replace the logo

1. In the Logo card, drag the file onto the upload area or click the area and select the file.
2. The upload happens immediately; a confirmation toast appears and the logo is visible in the preview.
3. To replace an existing logo, click Replace and choose the new file.
4. To remove the logo, click Remove.

Change the primary color

1. Click the colored rectangle to open the browser picker and choose a color.
2. Alternatively, type the hex code directly in the adjacent field (e.g. #c5704b).
3. Click Save to apply.

Update fiscal or contact data

1. Fill in or edit the fields in the Fiscal and contact data section.
2. For the Country field enter the 2-letter ISO code (e.g. IT for Italy, AL for Albania); the system automatically converts it to uppercase.
3. Click Save.
4. A green confirmation toast appears at the bottom right.

States and messages

Message / state	Cause
Yellow "Data locked" notice	The platform administrator has locked changes to company data. Fields are read-only.
Green confirmation toast	The save was successful.
Error toast	Network issue or invalid value; try again. The message includes the error detail.
Logo error — invalid type	The selected file is not PNG, JPEG, or WebP.
Logo error — file too large	The file exceeds the maximum allowed size.

Notes and limits

• All fields are disabled when company data is locked; contact support to unlock them.
• The primary color affects quotes and PDFs generated by the platform; it does not change the application interface.
• The Country field accepts only 2-letter ISO codes; longer values are automatically truncated.
• Only Administrators can access this page.
