Privacy & GDPR

The Privacy & GDPR page is the company's privacy control center. It lets you request a full data export and, if needed, initiate the permanent account deletion procedure.

How to access

• Menu: user icon at the top right → Privacy & GDPR

• Who can use it: Administrator

Interface

Export your data section

Contains:

• Description — explains what the export file includes (all tenant data in a ZIP bundle).
• Request export button — starts the data package preparation.
• Request list — once exports have been initiated, a list appears below the button showing each job's status row with:
  • Status badge — colored label (see states table).
  • Request date — date and time in local format.
  • File size — in B, KB, MB, or GB (visible after completion).
  • Expiry — date by which the file can be downloaded (shown when available).
  • Error reason — red descriptive text if the export failed.

Delete account section

Irreversible operation

Permanently deleting the account removes all company data. After the 30-day grace period the operation cannot be undone.

Contains:

• Description — explains that deletion is scheduled with a 30-day notice period and that data will be permanently deleted at that point.
• Slug label — shows the unique company slug (e.g. my-company) that must be typed to confirm.
• Confirmation field — text input where you must type the company slug exactly. The delete button remains disabled until the value matches.
• Request deletion button — active only when the field matches the slug. Opens a final confirmation dialog before submitting the request.

If a deletion request is already registered, the section shows instead:

• Red notice with the scheduled deletion date.
• Cancel deletion button to revoke the request within the grace period.

Operations

Request a data export

1. In the Export your data section click Request export.
2. The system queues the request and shows a confirmation toast.
3. A row with status Queued or Processing appears in the list.
4. When the status becomes Ready, the file is available for download until the expiry date shown.

Downloading the file

The file download link is sent via email notification when the export is complete.

Request account deletion

You have 30 days to cancel the request after submitting it.

1. In the Delete account section read the description carefully.
2. Note the company slug displayed in bold on the page (e.g. my-company).
3. Type the exact slug in the confirmation field. The Request deletion button activates only when the value matches.
4. Click Request deletion.
5. In the dialog that appears, review the summary and confirm.
6. The request is registered; the page shows the date on which deletion is scheduled.

Cancel a deletion request

1. If a request is active, the Delete account section shows a red notice with the scheduled date.
2. Click Cancel deletion.
3. Confirm in the dialog.
4. The request is revoked and the section returns to its normal state.

States and messages

Export job states

Badge	Meaning
Queued (grey)	The request was received and is waiting to be processed.
Processing (blue)	The ZIP file is being prepared.
Ready (green)	The file is available for download until the expiry date.
Expired (yellow)	The file is no longer available; request a new export.
Failed (red)	An error occurred; the reason is shown in the row.

System messages

Message	Cause
Toast "Export queued"	The request was accepted.
Export error toast	Technical issue; try again.
Error "Slug does not match"	The text entered in the confirmation field does not match the company slug.
Red notice "Deletion scheduled"	An active deletion request exists; the scheduled deletion date is shown.
Toast "Deletion registered"	The deletion request was accepted.
Toast "Request cancelled"	The deletion request was successfully revoked.

Notes and limits

• Only Administrators can access this page.
• The grace period for deletion is 30 days; the request can be cancelled within that period.
• After permanent deletion, data cannot be recovered except through a formal request within the retention period required by applicable law.
• Export files have an expiry date after which they can no longer be downloaded; you will need to initiate a new request.
• You cannot start a new deletion request while one is already in progress.
