Profile

The Profile page lets every user update their display name, profile picture, interface language, timezone, and — if the WhatsApp integration is enabled — their phone number.

How to access

• Menu: user icon at the top right → Profile
• Address: /account/profile
• Who can use it: Administrator and User

Interface

Header

Above the form, the account email address (not editable from this page) is shown with a badge indicating its verification status:

• Verified (green) — the email has been confirmed.
• Unverified (yellow) — the email is awaiting confirmation.

Avatar section

• Avatar preview — a 64 × 64 px circle showing the uploaded photo or, when no image is set, the first letter of the name.
• Change photo button — opens the operating system's file picker.
• Format hint — informational text about accepted formats (PNG, JPEG, WebP).

Personal data form

Field	Required	Notes
Name	Yes	Name displayed in the interface and on documents.
WhatsApp number	No	Visible only if the WhatsApp integration is active. International format, e.g. +39 333 1234567.
Language	Yes	Drop-down menu with available languages (Italiano, English, Shqip). Changes the interface language for the current user only.
Timezone	Yes	Free text in Continent/City format, e.g. Europe/Rome.

Next to the WhatsApp number field a status badge is shown:

• Verified (green) — the number has been confirmed via OTP.
• Pending (yellow) — the number has been entered but not yet verified. A link to start verification is shown.

Operations

Update name, language, or timezone

1. Open the Profile page from the user menu.
2. Edit the Name field and/or select the Language from the drop-down.
3. Update the Timezone if needed.
4. Click Save changes.
5. A green confirmation toast appears at the bottom right.

Upload or replace the profile picture

1. In the Avatar section click Change photo.
2. Select a PNG, JPEG, or WebP file from your computer.
3. The upload happens automatically; the new photo is visible in the preview when complete.

Add or update the WhatsApp number

This field is visible only if the WhatsApp integration is enabled for your account.

1. Enter the number in the WhatsApp number field in international format (+39 333 1234567).
2. Click Save changes.
3. If the number is new or changed, an OTP is sent to that number. The system displays a notice with a link to the verification page.
4. Open the verification page, enter the OTP received on WhatsApp, and confirm.
5. The badge next to the field changes to Verified.

To remove the number, clear the field and save.

States and messages

Message / state	Cause
Verified badge (green) next to email	The account email is confirmed.
Unverified badge (yellow) next to email	The email has not yet been confirmed; some features may be limited.
Verified badge (green) next to phone	The WhatsApp number is confirmed.
Pending badge (yellow) next to phone	The number was entered but OTP verification has not been completed.
Confirmation toast	The profile was saved successfully.
Red error message	Network issue or invalid value; try again.

Notes and limits

• The email address cannot be changed from this page. Contact support to update it.
• Changing the language takes effect on the next page load.
• Accepted avatar formats are PNG, JPEG, and WebP. Maximum size is indicated in the hint below the button.
• The WhatsApp number field is visible only if the platform administrator has enabled the integration; if the field is not present, the feature is not active for your account.
