Branding
The Branding tab lets you set the company logo and header text that appear in PDF headers and in the interface. Every change is visible immediately in the on-page preview.
How to access

Interface
Header text field
A free text field containing the name or tagline to show in the header when no image logo is present, or as alternative text. Default value: company name.
Logo uploader
Upload area for the company logo image. It allows you to:
- Drag and drop an image file onto the highlighted area.
- Click the area to open the file browser.
- Preview the uploaded logo.
- Replace an existing logo with a new one.
- Remove the current logo.
Accepted formats: PNG, JPG/JPEG, SVG, WebP. Maximum file size: indicated in the upload area message.
The logo is uploaded immediately upon drag-and-drop or file selection, independently of the page auto-save. A notification confirms the upload or removal.
PDF header preview
Displays a reduced-scale preview of how the PDF header will look with the current data: company name, address, email, phone, VAT number and logo. The preview updates in real time as fields in the Company tab are changed.
General notes
Multiline text field shared with the Company tab. Notes are not included in customer-facing PDFs.
Operations
Uploading the logo
- Open Settings → Branding.
- Drag an image file onto the upload area or click to browse.
- When the upload completes, a "Logo saved" notification appears. The logo is immediately active on all new PDFs.
Replacing the logo
- In the logo area, click "Replace".
- Select the new file. The old logo is automatically replaced.
Removing the logo
- In the logo area, click "Remove".
- PDF headers will revert to using only the header text.
Updating the header text
- Edit the Header text field.
- The save is automatic after approximately 1.5 seconds.
States and messages
- "Logo saved" notification: confirms the logo was uploaded successfully.
- "Logo removed" notification: confirms the removal.
- Invalid format error: the selected file is not an accepted image format.
- File too large error: the file exceeds the size limit.
