Company Details

The Company tab collects all the identifying and contact information for your business. This data appears in the header of every exported PDF document and is used for regulatory compliance checks.

How to access

  • Menu: Settings → "Company" tab
  • Address: /settings#anagrafica
  • Who can use it: Administrator

Interface

The tab is organised into seven sections, each with a separator heading.

DOP badge

A status badge appears at the top of the tab:

  • Green "DOP Ready" — company name and address are both present; the document is ready for the Declaration of Performance (DOP).
  • Orange "Address missing" — company name is filled in but the address is empty; the badge disappears once the address is entered.
  • The badge is not shown when the company name is empty.

Section: Technical contact

Operations

Filling in company data

  1. Open Settings → Company.
  2. Fill in the relevant fields across the sections.
  3. The save is automatic approximately 1.5 seconds after the last keystroke. The header indicator shows "Saved at HH:MM" when complete.

Checking DOP compliance

Make sure both Company name and Address are filled in: the green "DOP Ready" badge at the top of the tab confirms that the company profile is sufficient for generating the Declaration of Performance.

States and messages

  • "DOP Ready" badge (green): all minimum required fields for the DOP are present.
  • "Address missing" badge (orange): company name is present but the address is empty.
  • Compliance banner (orange, top of page): appears when legally required fields such as VAT number or address are missing; shows the specific legal reference.

Notes and limits

  • Fields without a specific requirement are optional for system operation, but some (VAT number, address) are legally required for fiscally valid documents.
  • The Notes field is for internal use only and does not appear in customer-facing PDFs.
  • IBAN and BIC are included in PDFs only if the corresponding option is enabled in the PDF Theme tab.
