Installers
The Installers tab holds the registry of UNI 11673-2 certified installers in your company. Registered installers can be associated with quotes that include certified installation: the installer's name and certificate code will appear in the quote PDF.
How to access
- Menu: Inventory → Installers tab
- Address:
/inventorythen select the "Installers" tab - Who can use it: Administrator and User (creation/editing/deletion reserved for Administrator)

Installer list
Each row shows:

Certificate status badge
- Valid (green) — certificate is in order
- Expiring (orange) — expiry is approaching
- Expired (red) — certificate has expired; the installer cannot be selected for new quotes
- Inactive (grey) — the installer has been manually deactivated

- Add installer — opens the entry form
Operations
Add an installer
- Click Add installer.
- Fill in the required fields: Name, Certificate code, Certifying body, Expiry date.
- (Optional) Add phone number, email and internal notes.
- Make sure the Active installer checkbox is checked.
- Click Add installer.
Edit an installer
- Click Edit on the installer row.
- Update the fields (e.g. renew the expiry date after a new exam).
- Click Update installer.

States and messages
- No certified installer registered: empty list — add the first installer to enable certified installation in quotes.
- Check highlighted fields: one or more required fields are not correctly filled in.
- Invalid email format: the email address does not match the standard format.
- Expiry date required: appears when trying to save without a date in the correct format.
Notes and limits
- The installer's data (name, code, body) appear in the quote PDF only for rows with certified installation selected.
- To disable an installer without deleting them, use Edit and uncheck the Active installer checkbox. The installer will no longer appear in new quote selection, but will remain visible in the history of already-issued quotes.
- In Costs → Certified installation there is the option "Require mandatory installer selection for certified installation": if enabled, operators cannot save a quote with certified installation without selecting an installer from the registry.
